How Much Do OTR Drivers Make?

Want to make money? You got it! The more you drive, the more you earn. Your potential paycheck doesn’t stop there. Mileage-based company drivers receive a $10,000 longevity incentive for every increment of 60 months of uninterrupted service. You can also recruit new drivers to make even more.

Friendly Pet Policy

Company OTR drivers can choose to travel with a pet. You can have up to two pets with you at any time. Our pet policy does not require fees or have breed restrictions.

Driver Referral Incentive

Bring new drivers to Wilson! When you refer a driver, you earn an incentive when that driver gets their first dispatch.

Rider Policy

Bring a friend or family member along for the ride. You must obtain a passenger authorization form per Department of Transportation regulations. You can have no more than one passenger at a time and no passengers under the age of 10.
